Not a good product for the money We had trouble with this product, light bulbs wouldn't stay in, you would push buttons to vent and they wouldn't stay on. I would look around for a better vent fit. May 20, 2009

Can this fan be installed in the celling? I am looking for a fan over my island range that does not hang down.

A. The Fujioh BUF-011 has a required minimum installation of 24" above the cooking surface and does not specify a maximum. You will lose a lot of efficiency if it is installed farther than about 36" above the surface, but it is possible.
